Everyone who is related to the software development field or even if they are not still they think about different software ideas, some of them start working on it and launch it but some of them start working but couldn’t launch.
Today, I’m going to write about two different launch processes.
Linear Launch:
Linear launch is a process in which we think about the idea, start working on it and want to launch it after completion. Below is the visual diagram of linear launch.

As you can see above in linear search we have an idea which is the first step of the process. We think about it and maybe write it down somewhere, do some research and then validate that idea by some friends or relatives. After that we start coding it or hire someone to code. Till this time we are good but here comes the changing point of the process.
We show the product to some friends or maybe start thinking by our own that this particular feature should be changed or it should be like this not this or maybe this new ABC feature should also be added. Once you do this, you will be entering to a never ending process as you can see in below image. And unfortunately you will be failed to launch because now you are in a loop where you are wasting your resouces without taking actual user’s feedback.

Multi-threaded Launch:
In this part we will discuss about multi-thread launch process which is really simple but most of the people don’t follow it because it seems to be difficult. Below is the visual diagram of the multi-thread launch.

As you can see in the above image, we start 2 processes at the same time. One is coding or building the product and another one is marketing the product. And here comes the concept of MVP as well. So, what actually MVP is? MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product which means that you write down some must have features of the product, build it and launch it. And now wait for the users feedback. After seeing user feedback you start working on it. Or maybe launch another feature first then start working on the feedback, both are the possibilities.
By the time of completion of all the features you will have users database who are already using your product and this is why this launch process is called as the best launch process.
