Team: “Sir, which design should we use?”
Me: “I don’t know. You decide.”
Team: “Sir, what about the printer issue?”
Me: “You handle it.”
Team: “Sir, should we change this process?”
Me: “Your call.”
Sounds crazy? This approach changed everything at Uptech Sol.
I Only Attend 3 Types of Meetings Now:
1. Client calls: Revenue matters.
2. Strategy sessions: Vision matters.
3. Real emergencies: Crisis matters.
Everything else? Not my problem.
What Happened When I Stopped Micromanaging:
✅ Team became independent
✅ Decisions got faster
✅ I focused on CEO work only
✅ Revenue actually increased
The Secret:
Let them decide first. If they mess up, then I guide.
When I do give input: “This is my opinion. You choose.”
The Result:
I’m no longer the bottleneck in my own company.
My team grew stronger. I work ON the business, not IN it.
Stop being the CEO who has all the answers. Start being the CEO who asks the right questions.
